自從八月中離開台灣的那一刹那開始，似乎諸事不順。首先在從回程的機上，Nana肚子痛到臉色發白，於是我們在丹佛轉機時從停機坪直接坐救護車到急診室，然後我在練高爾夫球時又閃到脊椎，就在快好時又得了瘺管，連投稿到學術會議都遇到學閥，最慘的是我的瘺管好像又要復發了。雖然我不至於草莓到只因區區這幾件小事就每天裝死屎臉，但卻似乎也沒有快樂的理由。不過前幾天在車上聽到不知聽過幾百次的Peggy Lee的It's a good day 時，卻特別的有感覺，或許是住在我潛意識中的陽光"中"年看不下去了，決定出來撥亂反正一番。歌詞很簡單，但卻讓我發現原來心情是自己決定的，你想要快樂就快樂，如果你覺得不幸，那你就真的不幸了。想一想，這些讓我不爽的事情也不是真的什麼大事，其實像我這種從小到大都被家人說”你只要把書讀好，其他都不要管”的人這輩子那有真的遇到過什麼挫折，頂多是考試考不好而已。所以啊，我應該每天都要很快樂才是的！把歌詞貼上來，大家看一看，也轉換個好心情吧！
